The cool sensation Cronut has been adapted by many bakeries. One of them is by Union. I have to agree with their tagline, union made is well made. It is well made. 

They recreated cronut in a name flaky donut. I tried the one with vanilla fillings and topped with chocolate. It was heavenly! Rich vanilla and chocolate, well made pastry layers and it melts in your mouth oh Lord this is good. For 35k, I may just buy this once in a while. 

But, be sure to only have it to take away. Waiting for a table at Union is exhausting. It's just a place to be seen, too crowded, too dark, too noisy. You know, the type of restaurant with bad welcoming service like they don't need customers. We'll see in the next few months.
