Chung Gi Wa, Kota Kasablanka

Anyeong!

I must say I am quite a fan of Korean cuisine. I love kimchi and even though kimchi chigae is too hot for me, I still eat it because it's freakin' amazing!

Well, this restaurant is a familiar one but I have never been to the one in Kota Kasablanka. For the barbecue I ordered Yang Yum Gui or Marinated Pork Short Ribs, Jumuluk or Marinated Beef Short Ribs, and Usol or Beef Tongue. We also ordered Galbitang, that super tasty ribs soup.

You cannot go wrong with Galbitang. It's bone soup basically, perfect if you like broth with your rice. Super delicious and rich.

This is Usol or Beef Tongue. Since tasting the very flavorful tongue in Masusaka Beef Osaka, I've come to enjoy tongue. Sadly, this one is nothing special, but nevertheless quite okay if you want to try tongue but don't know in what style.

The holy grail: Yang Yum Gui or yes, the pork. Juicy, rich in flavor, that familiar grilled taste, it was delectable.

The safe choice: Jumuluk or Marinated Beef. In general it's quite delightful but the quality of the beef made it too hard to chew.

Well, I will definitely come back because it is quite affordable (compared to the super awesome, Born Ga) and within my area. You should try it. Highly recommend this place
