It was a slow day, not many people was dining. But first impression is terrible. No waiter came up to us to serve the menu. So bad service! (or maybe they're understaffed - but still it was terrible anyhow). I ordered the Tori Signture, just a simple ramen with grilled chicken slices, chicken broth and eggs. It was lovely, the broth is super tasty and savory, a really nice chicken stock. The ramen is in the right consistency, not too soft or hard. Chicken slices? Too few. I can't say nothing more. It was good, but it doesn't give me the oh-gosh-I-want-to-come-back-soon feeling. Wait, maybe I'll never come back. We'll wait until the new Santouka branch opens at Mall Kelapa Gading 3.
